Anti Spoofing - Belgium
Issue
Regulations in Belgium to prevent phone number spoofing require operators and aggregators to block any local Belgian traffic for entities that do not have a registration in Belgium. This means that you can only use a +32 local number if your company has a registration and business address in Belgium.
Via this message we inform you that we will reject and block any Voice calls using +32 numbers if the company profile is missing from our records. This automated blocking will become effective from April 1st, 2025.

Resolution
To ensure uninterrupted service, please register your company profile on our platform using the following steps:
On your dashboard click on the 9-dots menu and navigate to the Voice Management app
In the Voice Management app select the option Numbers in the sidebar.
In the Numbers view navigate to the tab ‘Company Profiles’ and click on the + button to register a new company profile if no valid profile exists.
Follow the step-by-step guide on the platform to register your company (Belgium entity).
Approval is needed for Belgium Company Profiles.
Once approved by CM.com, select the option Accounts in the sidebar the Voice Management app.
Click on the relevant SIP account used for routing BE -> BE local traffic. As the check is performed on SIP account level it might imply that a new SIP account needs to be configured for routing BE local traffic!!
Select the relevant BE Company Profile from the drop-down menu.
Save the changes by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Deadline: Please complete the registration by Friday February 28th, 2025. After this date non-compliant Voice calls with a +32 CLI towards +32 (in-country traffic) will be blocked.
